At MK621, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your non-wearable product from our Line 621 collection, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that the item must be returned in the exact condition as when it was purchased to be eligible for a refund. This means it should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for wearable items like clothing or earbuds due to hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we prioritize the health and safety of all our customers.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee to your original method of payment.
